RDND - What we have been doing recently
The Bungalow
The Bungalow was built in 1912 and was believed to be built by the local coal merchant for his familly. The Coal yard and buildings still stand today but since the coal industry in the South East of kent is pretty well non existant it is now to the home to
Inca Geometric.
When we moved in the July 1995 we were the second owners, and it took several years to remove some of the 1960's horrors that were resident. Windows have been replaced, fireplaces restored, walls have been rebuilt and the attic converted - we are nearly there!
In 2005 we started the final improvement to The Bungalow - "The Bungalow 2". Next to the house was 45Ft of land that over the years since the house was build has been home to a vegatable patch, rose garden, and a set of swings that were used by the local children and now 93 years later we have built a mirror image extension. The extension was designed by us and then built in 3 months by Clifford Construction a local builder that has built and extended several buildings in the area.
